Do you think you know what you want and then it changes the next day? Are you having a tough time making decisions and then finding the "floor" is dropping from under you so you have to re-think it?

I have been teaching for some time now how to honor the masculine energies, as I adore the masculine, and this is part of my personal journey, to learn how to take in more masculine energies in its highest of integrity, for my own growth.

It is here! The buds are out; the earth is pregnant and birthing new growth. The colors are just starting to show and the birds are announcing themselves. My excitement for the warm weather, the greenery, the flowers, the trees, the SUN is exploding!

And today, the first day of Spring, my day was free! So busy yet today all of a sudden my day opened up! I totally take advantage of it. I go into the woods at a local park and walk breathing in the air, picking up a stick, a flower, a pine tree branch. I slowwwwwww down, I walk slow, I stop and lie down on the little wooden bench and soak in the sun. I am so enjoying the sun I hardly notice the family that is walking by. I am sprawled out like I have not seen the sun in a year and I just smile back at their smiles, not moving a muscle as it feels too good!

I get to see a hawk sitting on a branch and a woodpecker. Seeing and feeling (I have to touch everything) the little tiny flowers coming up from the ground, the buds on the trees; I can feel the earth, the growth wanting to bust out. This is such an exciting time; everything, everyone is awakening!

We can now all take off those dark coats, those outer coatings that are no longer needed and show our colors, our passion and zest and love for life, for each other, for Mother Earth!

Love is not conditional. Having an open pure Heart, caring and loving others without expectation, judgment, control, or blame; that is true Love. And that takes tremendous courage and self-confidence.

Many conditions may have been placed on you and you have placed many conditions on others. These are probably in alignment with agreements you have previously set forth. But Life is Change. As we learn about ourselves we need to continue to evolve any agreements we have with others. This is the only true honest way to keep the fullness of Love alive within ourselves and share it with others.

I find that people who do not like change insist and demand on the maintenance of previous terms, no matter how out-dated they are.

But you agreed

is something you will hear over and over again; yet this should not be a stop to your truth. Life is change, as we flow with it and allow change while caring for ourselves and others we can feel more Love. Insistence on

but you agreed

without allowing evolution of what you had previously created is an excuse to avoid change, creating guilt, blame, judgment, restriction and suppression.

If you find someone or yourself very resistant and refusing to discuss your true feelings, know this is out of fear. Fear will show itself through judgment and control and can have a strong hold, which will suppress and diminish true Love. The more conditions we have on Love, the less it is Love. Love is freedom. Love is unconditional. Love is pure.

Having open communication, without judgment or blame but really getting to know the others in your life and what they really want and allowing them to discover their truth, allows you the freedom to discover your truth.

Open your Heart to your truth; open your Heart to others truths. Revisit old agreements with kindness and Love and acceptance. And be brave enough to open your Heart to Love without feeling the restriction, but feeling true freedom.

Trust that the truth, your truth, their truth, truly will set you free to Love and Live more fully.

Labels: Opening Your Heart to True Love

In the glorious time of recovery there is no need to worry about anything yet you can see how worry is the absolute cornerstone of most of our lives. There is a necessary shift and change going on and will continue as we shift and change and revise our ways, restructuring, redesigning, reprogramming.

Old ways will fall, will fail, and will fail and fail again until we give way to the realigning with the heart.

I was shown what is happening in a dream, as many times I see where we are and what is happening through my dreams and meditations. We are moving into a place where work, relationships, all things without heart will be hollow and have little substance and therefore will not be able to endure. If we choose to stay in these places, it will get harder and harder and the resistance to realign with the heart will create destruction in our health, in our work, in our businesses.

This is a scary change for some, it need not be. You can connect your heart at any time and with exactly where you are right now. You can take small steps to discover your heart's desire. You can allow others the freedom to follow theirs. These are the answers.

This is a change, a big change from the power-over, controlling and the ego-centered structures. Yet are we not a people who have chosen freedom? This is the truest of freedom we have been called to step into: it is freedom of Self, of All.

It is your Heart that is calling you to be free.

One can ignore this evolution and can stay exactly where they are; this is your choice. My purpose is merely to offer the information.

Aligning with your heart is the key. Aligning with your joy is the answer. It is a change; it is changing; we are changing, and the more we don't allow the change and evolution, the more struggle we will find.

Why do I call it a time of recovery? We are to recover the heart, not with the protection from pain, not with the toughness of power over, but recover it with the power and glory of freedom.

A two-year old knows how to challenge rules and we laugh and enjoy them as they test every rule they can. As we grow older, rules start to define who we are and keep us on a certain path. I agree they are important and valid (some of them). As there are so many ways to live life, it becomes easier if we have some rules to base our life on. Some of these rules we learn from others and some we decide from experiential learning.

I am not opposed to rules per se, yet I find so many of us have boxed ourselves in as a result of our old rules and rigid beliefs. Re-exploring and testing some rules can be most refreshing and awakening. It is how I have moved into discovery of what really suits me and what is a box that is restricting my happiness, my growth and my expression of who I really am.

I do have one rule I keep no matter what: try not to hurt anyone as I challenge myself to test every rule I have so I can clearly define myself without having any former restrictive beliefs from outside forces limit my expression of Self.

This is not a road for everyone, I give you that. Yet I do believe it is why we are here: To Be All Of Who We Are; not who someone else tells us who we are. This is not an easy path, so perhaps you may want to explore one rule that feels like it is restricting you and see whether it is really useful in your life, whether it is hindering more than helping. The first thing you can do to break through some of these boxes is stop judging others for having different rules. Put that energy into who you are and who you choose to become.

So for the New Year, this is what I wish for everyone. Go ahead a break a rule (with the exception of not intentionally hurting anyone; yeah, that is my one rule I am going to ask all to adhere to) and let each of us be more of who we are individually.
